Each consulting room at Latrobe Wellness Hub has been thoughtfully designed to support both clinicians and clients. Light-filled, quiet and considered, the spaces balance professionalism with warmth, allowing sessions to unfold without distraction.

Admin & Client Care

Admin is an essential part of how our space feels and functions. From reception to day-to-day coordination, we take care of the details that shape a calm, welcoming experience for every client who enters the studio.

OUR ADMIN

  • Our most supportive option, ideal for clinicians wanting seamless front-of-house and back-of-house support.

    Standard Admin Includes:

        •    Warm reception presence + guest care

        •    Arrival/waiting room flow management

        •    Phone + email responsiveness

        •    Medicare / DVA / NDIS / EFTPOS processing

        •    Invoicing + receipting

        •    Diary + scheduling support

        •    Support for new enquiries + referral pathways

        •    Maintaining studio environment + atmosphere

  • A lighter option for clinicians who self-manage their admin and communication, but still want a welcoming and supported client arrival experience.

     •    Warm reception presence + guest care

        •    Arrival/waiting room flow support

        •    Maintaining studio environment + atmosphere

    Basic admin is only suitable when the clinician fully manages their own admin, communication, and client follow-up.

  • Note: Admin fees are not charged on public holidays or during studio shutdown periods (e.g. Christmas, NY etc.)

All leases are inclusive of admin services. You have the option of choosing your choice of support.

This is a studio designed to hold both clinicians and clients with care. A place that feels settled, respectful and safe. One that supports meaningful work without distraction and allows everyone who enters to slow down, arrive fully and feel at home.
