About the Director – Tamika Williams
My Story
Latrobe Wellness Hub grew from a simple but deeply held belief: that the environments we work in matter.
After more than 20 years working alongside allied health professionals, I’ve seen first hand how much care, energy and dedication goes into supporting others. I am deeply passionate about supporting the people who dedicate their working lives to supporting others, and creating spaces that genuinely honour the work they do.
This hub was created to be different.
I wanted to create a space that feels calm the moment you arrive. A place that feels professional yet warm, thoughtfully designed yet practical, and held with care rather than urgency. Somewhere clinicians can feel grounded in their work, supported in their day to day, and proud of the environment they welcome clients into.
Every detail of Latrobe Wellness Hub has been considered with intention. From the consulting rooms to the shared spaces and admin systems, the aim is to reduce noise, simplify the operational load, and allow practitioners to focus on what matters most, their work with clients.
At its core, this is a space held with respect, integrity and genuine care. Care for the people who walk through the door, and care for the clinicians who dedicate their working lives to supporting others.
Latrobe Wellness Hub is more than a physical space. It is a place to work sustainably, feel connected, and continue, or perhaps rediscover, a love for your working life.
Grounded in care, shaped with intention, and held for meaningful work.

Our Values
Care
We lead with genuine care for both the people we support and the clinicians who work within the space. Care lives in the details, in how the studio is held, and in the way people are treated. We believe caring work deserves to be supported with thoughtfulness, warmth, and respect.
Integrity
We do things properly, even when it’s quiet and unseen. Integrity guides our decisions, our systems, and our relationships. We value ethical practice, honesty, and accountability, and we aim to act in ways that build trust and psychological safety.
Connection
We believe meaningful work happens in relationship. Connection here is gentle, respectful, and never forced. We value open communication, shared learning, and a sense of belonging that allows clinicians to feel supported while working independently.
Curiosity
We approach people, ideas, and challenges with openness rather than assumption. Curiosity invites learning, reflection, and growth. It allows space for different perspectives, thoughtful conversations, and the ongoing evolution of both our work and ourselves.
